I realized the importance of home ownership after closing escrow on my home in 1972 at the age of 21. After having been a Realtor for more than 3 decades, I have learned that client satisfaction is the key to my success. 95% of my current clients have been referred to me by very satisfied former clients.

As a result of my being a consistent top producer and placing the welfare of my clients first, I have successfully closed well over a thousand transactions and managed thousands of homes for landlords. I have achieved these closings without working with a “team” thereby giving my clients the benefit of personal service. The sales have involved Townhouses, Single Family Residences, Commercial Property and Land not to mention the many homes I’ve managed for landlords

I do not take on more business than can be properly managed. I am not interested in volume, just satisfied clients.

I take great pride in using my experience to select homes and neighborhoods that fit my buyers needs. This includes the correct style, location and requested amenities. I then negotiate the very best price and terms for your purchase. I will personally oversee all the details of your purchase through closing.

Only after researching the highest possible value of your home, will we start the marketing process. One very important goal in selling your home must be to maximize your profit.

Before accepting an offer to purchase your home, I will verify the purchaser’s information and oversee the inspections and escrow process so we can be assured a smooth and successful closing.

Investment Properties and Property Management: 

Many of my clients have become investors after experiencing a smooth transaction while purchasing their first home. As a result, I have been managing over 517 individual residential and commercial properties with great success for over 34 years. My extremely low fees and excellent service to landlords and great service to tenants means that we very seldom have a vacancy. We have a very tight operation which means that you will never get the runaround. We run our own tenant checks, personally show rentals to individual prospective tenants and know what is going on with your rental. In some cases we have managed homes for the same clients for over 25 years and have had the same tenants in properties for over 17 years.

We have NO UPFRONT FEES. We only charge for what we earn. Our goal is to give you a problem free rental owner experience, the same service we offer our home sales and purchase clients and so that you refer your friends to us for property leasing, sales and purchases.
