In 2012, my fiance' and I needed to get a larger house due to her kids wanting to move back in while they saved up money. First off, my wife went to her bank where we were summarily dismissed as being silly for thinking we could get a house. We were a bit apathetic about it, but I knew Sam professionally from work related things, and decided to ask him his opinion. It took Sam about three minutes of questions to state "I absolutely can get the two of you into a home."

My wife is picky. We ended up looking at houses from Monrovia to Castaic, for nearly one half of a year. Sam was patient, calm and beyond helpful for that entire time period. He pointed us away from bad deals and helped us find the home we were looking for. Halloween 2012 we moved into our dream home in the Santa Clarita Valley, where we lived for seven years.

2019, our daughter was expecting her THIRD child What was a comfortable fit in 2012 was now feeling very crowded. We did not hesitate to call Sam. Sam found us the perfect place near our family, a home that I now refer to as "our palace". The seller's situation was tricky but Sam helped guide us to the finish line despite the seller's challenges. We ended up getting this house for the price WE were willing to pay thanks to factors Sam detected about the deal. We closed fast and moved in.

One thing I will always remember is at a time when we were a bit daunted about the process, Sam turned to my wife and I and calmly said "I always win." And he did, so we did.

Sam keeps in touch with regular informative newsletters, and we always read his letters. As corny as this might sound, Sam has been a key player in our family having a good life, due to his real estate expertise and connections.

From a seller's perspective: He truly works hard to make sure you get the full value of your home. The last home we sold had some hurdles we had to overcome, and he jumped them all without complaining. He charged very reasonable and fair selling fees and made the sale go seamlessly. He is a true real estate professional, and you truly can't go wrong when you choose Sam Heller.

I also want to point out that he is always there for questions and assistance even if you are not actively under contract with him, he is generous, kind and is always willing to help.

Sam is one of the smartest people I know when it comes to buying a home, selling a home and rental management. He helped me buy my first home over 10 years ago and the whole process was seamless. Sam is amazing. Sam has helped my parents find every house they have owned.
